Bad Weather - Pippins Opening Information

Please monitor for updates on potential changes to opening/closing times when there are adverse weather conditions.

Spring 2012

The current topic in the classroom is "Nursery Rhymes" and the children have been learning different nursery rhymes, a particular favourite being "I'm a little Teapot". The children have been discussing the origins of tea and have all been tasting the various flavours available.

Sainsbury's Active Kids Vouchers

As from 15 February 2012, Sainsbury's will be issuing their Active Kids Vouchers with every purchase made. We would be very grateful if you could please collect these and bring them into Pippins where there will a box in the hallway for you to post them. In the past we have been able to convert the vouchers and use them to buy equipment for the children to use within the nursery. This promotion ends on 10 April 2012.

Montessori Accreditation Award

On Saturday 18 June 2011 our Manager, Lynne Dear, received our Montessori Accrediation Award on behalf of Pippins. The award ceremony took place during the Annual Montessori Conference held in London. Lynne, supported by several of the Pippins' team were delighted to receive this professional recognition of the high quality of Montessori care and education provided by Pippins.
